On October 8, 2022 from 12-7 pm, Pigtown Main Street will present the 20th Annual Pigtown Festival, a family-friendly event celebrating the character and history of one of Baltimore’s most unique neighborhoods. Thousands will visit our funky neighborhood to experience another spectacular festival while dancing to live music, enjoying food and drink, and browsing arts and crafts tables. Families will enjoy an amazing KidZone, with hat making, baseball throwing, and cheer on their favorite pig at the iconic “Squeakness” pig races.

“This is our 20th Annual Pigtown Festival! We're working hard to make it the best yet!"  said Daniel Khoshkepazi, Main Street Manager at Pigtown Main Street. Our food trucks and vendors will sell some of Baltimore’s best eats, and our beer tent will sell festival staple drinks, including beer, wine, and THE ONE AND ONLY Pigtown Crushes!!!

Highlighted activities

• Live music! Groove to  Rufus Roundtree & Da B’More Brass Factory, Tony Waddy’s Hot Mess, and Joe Keyes and the Late Bloomers!

• "Squeakness” Baltimore's only Pig Races returns!

• Food connoisseurs will get the chance to compete in our Pie Eating Contest featuring pies from Culinary Architecture!

• Pigtown Shuffle and sing along to the Pigtown Anthem.

• Festive food, local brews, and shopping from over 80 vendors.

• The KidZone is better than ever with even more FREE activities. The Tattered Hatters, Ferrets and Friends, SCRAP B-more, Velocity Center for Dance Performance, an appearance by the Oriole Bird and baseball lessons by BUBA, and more!

Join us for a “Grand Slam” cocktail party at Baltimore Urban Baseball Association (BUBA) You will enjoy an evening of tastings from Pigtown eateries as well as unique specialty cocktails, fine wine, and craft beer.

If you love baseball, you will love BUBA-a new gem in Pigtown. Batting cages will be open during the event. Simulators will be able to tell you if you hit a homerun.

CELEBRATE National Pig Day in Pigtown!!! It's going to be SOW much FUN!

Come and play with real pigs at the corner of Washington Boulevard and Poppleton Street.
Saturday, March 19, 2022* 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

This family-friendly event features pot-bellied pigs from Whispering Rise Farm & Animal Sanctuary. 
The pigs will be available for everyone to visit and pet! 

There will be craft activities with Scrap B-More at Suspended Brewing Company, storytelling with Charm City Books at Milk & Honey Market, and a visit from the Pigtown Mascot.
Kid-friendly snacks will be provided by the Greener Kitchen.

The event will benefit Whispering Rise Farm, whose mission is to provide sanctuary to surrendered, abandoned, or seized pot-bellied pigs who are products of the pet pig trade.

*National Pig Day is March 1st, but the pigs were not available to visit until March 19th.

Sip & Paint

Are you an aspiring artist? Want to paint a spring scene to adorn your walls at home?

Join us for a Virtual Sip and Paint night. We supply all you need to paint from home.

Our instructor will guide you through a 90-minute painting experience via Zoom. 

$25 fee provides you all necessary supplies including
